We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 90 days of the original purchase date, unless noted otherwise under our Return Policy Exceptions, provided the following conditions are met:

Item must not be used, damaged, disassembled, or modified.

Product must be in the same condition as when received.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Engines Direct Distributors LLC is not responsible for any costs related to the use or installation of our products, including but not limited to: shipping, labor, or transport fees.
🔁 Restocking & Return Fees

All refused or returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus all original and return freight charges. No exceptions.

If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
📦 How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns will be refused.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item, wait for approval, and then place a new order for the replacement product.
💵 Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
